Proudly Canadian - Locally Driven

This year's theme for Coaldale Summer Fest is "Proudly Canadian - Locally Driven".

This year’s Coaldale Summer Fest is a celebration of everything we love about our country — and everything that makes our community shine. Our 2025 theme, “Proudly Canadian – Locally Driven,” speaks to the pride we have in being Canadian, while spotlighting the people, businesses, and organizations that make Coaldale one of the most desirably places in Canada to live, work and play.

Canada is known around the world for its community spirit, cultural richness, and strong sense of identity. Summer Fest gives us a chance to come together under the red and white banner to celebrate those shared values — and this year, we’re turning up the volume with Canadian country rock legends The Road Hammers headlining our festival!

While we’re proud to feature top-tier Canadian talent, this festival is also rooted in the energy and creativity of our own community. From local food trucks and artisans to the organizations and volunteers who help bring it all to life, Coaldale Summer Fest remains a celebration powered by local passion and participation. It’s our way of highlighting the contributions of those who make our town a place we’re proud to call home.

What to expect:

  • The Road Hammers: Get ready to rock out with one of Canada’s most iconic country music acts!

  • Local vendors & artisans: a showcase of handmade goods and hometown flavour.

  • Family-friendly fun: activities and entertainment for all ages, with a Canadian twist.

  • Community pride: a festival built on local partnerships, service groups, and volunteers.

Whether you’re here for the big stage, the small-town charm, or just to celebrate Canada with your neighbours, Summer Fest is the place to be. Join us in Coaldale this August as we come together — Proudly Canadian and Locally Driven.

Let’s make this one to remember!
